Case study 1:
Jane worked with a small company with 12 employees to review its structures to improve effectiveness and deliver greater efficiencies. Designing revised job descriptions, consulting on changes in working practices and introducing a team ethos, Jane successfully transformed the team to deliver the services required.
Case study 2:
Following a serious downturn in business, Jane supported a manufacturing company in downsizing its operations. A key objective of the exercise was to ensure that the manufacturing processes could continue but on a reduced basis. Following consultation, job redesign and open selection, some posts were unfortunately redundant. People were offered support to assist them in securing alternative posts and work continued with those remaining to rebuild team spirit and morale.
